We are here to resolve any I.T-related question, no matter how large or small. We pride ourselves on being prompt, friendly and effective. I.T Maintenance
For small businesses, typically 1-20 computers. Using the following methods:
- Phone-based: (the technician will guide you through steps to resolve the problem).
- Remote access: (the technician logs on to the computer allowing them to work on it as if they were sat at it).
- On-site: (technicians arrive on-site usually to set up or replace hardware).
Our Rates
We work on a pay-on-demand service. There are no contracts and no hidden costs. There is one flat rate and invoices clearly detail what issues were fixed and the duration of the billable time. The following is a breakdown of our costs:
- Hourly flat rate of £50 per hour for phone-based, remote access or on-site support.
- Billed in 15-minute units (£12.50 per unit).
